We had four (or more?) runners at the Mesa Mi Amigos Turkey Trot - Kim, Kara, Will, and Richard. All of the set either course PRs or 10k PRs. Congratulations everyone!
RunFit Boot camp meets Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:30 at a park in south Tempe. We work all muscle groups, including those that help prevent running injuries - the hips, glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
